Can I install it myself?
If you're comfortable with basic tools, yes. The lock replaces your existing hardware and comes with fitting instructions. If you'd rather not, a local locksmith can fit it quickly.
Will it fit my door?
Check your door's thickness and existing lock cut-out before ordering. Send us a photo and your measurements, and we'll confirm the fit before you buy.
What happens if the battery runs low?
The concealed mechanical key still opens the door even if the battery runs flat, so you always have a way in.
Do I need the app?
No. Face, fingerprint, passcode, card and key all work on their own. The app adds remote unlocking, the camera view and doorbell intercom.
What warranty and returns do you offer?
Every lock comes with a 12-month warranty. If it isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days. Get in touch and we'll walk you through it.
